Return & Refund Policy

At Twilight Tradition Candles, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with a smooth and transparent return process.

Eligibility for Returns

​

You can return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
     

  • The product must be in its original packaging.
     

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is required.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized products
     

  • Gift cards
     

  • Sale or clearance items
     

  • Digital downloads
     

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before sending it back.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at dan@twilighttradition.com with:

  • Your order number
     

  • The item(s) you’d like to return
     

  • The reason for the return
     

Once your request is approved, we’ll send return shipping instructions.
Please do not send items back without prior authorization.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you that we have received it.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.  Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

Need a different size, scent, or color?
If your item qualifies, we can exchange it for another product of equal value.
To start an exchange, contact us at dan@twilighttradition.com with your order details.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
     

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

     

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund right away.
